Edwina Picon

Originally from New York, Edwina graduated in 2016 with a B.A in Philosophy and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Edwina will be starting as a graduate student in clinical psychology at UBC in September 2020 under the supervision of Dr. Noah Silverberg at the Coping with Neurological Symptoms (CNS) lab. Edwina’s research interests focus around somatization, maladaptive coping behaviors, and the processes that contribute to them. Edwina is particularly interested in existential psychotherapy and logotherapy and the role that meaning plays in our lives.
